22 April 2024    Shareholders’ meeting for the approval of the 2023 Financial Statements
9 May 2024    Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 31 March 2024
29 July 2024    Approval of the Half Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2024
6 November 2024    Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 30 September 2024

On the occasion of the Industrial Plan update and publication of preliminary consolidated results for the year 2023, as well as the approval of half-year and interim results for 2024, Cementir Holding will organize ad-hoc conference calls with financial analysts and institutional investors.
